Description of the 3D Printed Physical Product License Agreement for 1x design
The 3D Printed Physical Product License Agreement is a formal document designed to provide a comprehensive and legally binding framework for licensing our 3D printed models. This Agreement grants licensees the rights to use, reproduce, and distribute specific 3D models created by us for the purpose of producing and selling physical 3D printed products.
 
Note: All placeholder fields in this Agreement will be completed following the purchase of the 3D Printed Product License. The finalized Agreement, including these details, will then be sent to the provided email address for your signature.

1. Grant of License
1.1 Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, lifetime license to use, reproduce, and distribute the 3D models listed in Section 2 ("Models") for the purpose of creating and selling physical 3D printed products. This license is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
 
2. List of 3D Models
2.1 The Models subject to this license are as follows: 
A list of licenced digital products will be updated here after purchase.

3. Permitted Marketplaces
3.1 Licensee may sell or distribute the 3D printed objects created from the Models on marketplaces of their choice.
3.2 Licensee agrees to inform Licensor by email at office@miss3.cz of any new marketplace where the 3D printed objects are offered, within 15 days of the start of selling or distributing on that marketplace.
 
4. Permitted Uses
4.1 Licensee is permitted to:
a) Use the Models to create physical 3D printed objects. 
b) Sell or distribute the 3D printed objects created from the Models on the permitted marketplaces listed in Section 3.
 
5. Restrictions
5.1 Licensee shall not: 
a) Resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Models in digital form. 
b) Modify the Models in any way. 
c) Sell or distribute the Models in digital or modified form. 
d) Use the Models in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. 
e) Use the Models in a manner that infringes on any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. 
f) Sell, gift, or otherwise transfer this license to any other party.
 
6. Ownership
6.1 The Models are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. Licensee acknowledges that it has no ownership rights in the Models.
 
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 This digital product license agreement for the 3D Printed Physical Product License Agreement, specifically for the Models listed in Section 2, is active once the 3D Printed Physical Product License Agreement is purchased. An invoice number will be added to this Agreement following the receipt of payment.

8. Term and Termination
8.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date of License Agreement as specified in Section 7 and shall continue for the lifetime of Licensee, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Section.
8.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon [Number] days written notice to the other party for a material breach of the Agreement.
8.3 Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Models and destroy any copies of the Models in Licensee's possession.
 
9. Indemnification
9.1 Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with Licensee's use of the Models.
 
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
 
11. Defects and Reclamations
11.1 Licensor makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, fitness, or suitability of the 3D models for any particular purpose or for the quality of the 3D printed products created from the Models.
11.2 Licensor shall not be responsible for any defects, damages, or issues related to the 3D printed products or for any reclamations or returns related to such products. All issues related to the 3D printed products must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or seller of those products.
 
12. Liability for Injury
12.1 Licensee is solely responsible for any injury, damage, or harm caused to any person as a result of the use, handling, or distribution of the 3D printed products created from the Models.
12.2 Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor from and against any claims or damages arising from personal injury or harm caused by the 3D printed products.
 
13. Acknowledgment of Designer
13.1 Licensee agrees that all marketplaces where the 3D printed objects are sold or distributed must prominently mention the designer as "Printednest."
 
14. Governing Law
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
15.2 Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
15.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
 
16. Effective Date
16.1 The license granted under this Agreement shall become active upon the purchase of the 3D Printed Product License Agreement, as specified in Section 7.
